Novotel Lens Noyelles

Lovey over night stay.

Liked: Room spacious. Plenty of extra pillows. Bathroom had walk in shower with shower gel and shampoo included. Bed very comfortable. Lovely view over the gardens/pool area. Hotel was busy but was very quiet never heard anybody. Liked the water dispenser in the corridor with jugs and extra glasses nice little touch and milk isn't in the room but asked at reception and was given a small jug of fresh milk. Staff were great and polite. Restaurant was lovely food was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast in the morning was lovely plenty to choose from.

The executive room is worth...

Liked: We travelled to Lens from Lucern.The hotel is very easy and quick to find,just off the toll motorway.The staff members are always helpful and at hand should you need something.Margo on the front desk always makes us feel as though we are home already.
Disliked: None

Always a pleasure to visit...

Liked: The location is excellent for a car journey north or south.It has very secure parking.Helpful staff.
Disliked: The lighting in the room could be made a little better.The room had been redecorated but with large lamps that were dull.Previously there were adequate lamps that were bright enough for the size of room.

Useful location for work trip

Liked: Clean room and comfortable bed. The shower was strong and the room was quiet. Good location, with a couple of EV charging points. The charging points have an ongoing cost per minute so it incentivises people to charge and move on. Dinner at the restaurant was very nice and the staff was friendly. I wasn’t very impressed with breakfast - the avocado and fruit salad tasted a bit stale and the yogurt bowl had run out and I couldn’t find anymore to ask for more for the duration of my breakfast (~20min). The selection of bread was good though.
