Great 2 night stay

Liked: We have stayed in the one before and we like the fact you can take dogs although not brought the dog but I think that’s sweet, very accommodating parking is adequate and reasonable charges.
Disliked: Bit chaotic getting here, but that is not the hotel faults just the city centre

Liked: Good location, helpful staff, comfortable room
Disliked: Breakfast was included with the price, I wouldn't have paid £18 per person for it otherwise

Disliked: Racist staff that say one thing to you and then in-front of your face turn around and say something completely different contradicting what they said to you to another customer. Only difference is that i was a person of colour and the other guest was not like the lady on check in!

Perfect Location, great price, yummy...

Liked: Imogen was very welcoming and accommodating. She let us check in early since we arrived at 8:30am - that was great since we were so exhausted travelling. The room was very clean and had all modern amenities, the breakfast buffet was delicious and abundant. The hotel has a very chill vibe about it . Very well managed place - well done
