Lovely comfy room

Liked: Nice big TV five mins from the station. Safe and coffee machine with water available in a fridge. Was a comfy bed and extra pillows
Disliked: Nothing stood out as bad. Only the bathroom lighting could have been brighter to do makeup

Great location, with very friendly...

Liked: Ordered a fresh omelette for breakfast which was excellent.
Disliked: Not sure if the separate toilet without a sink is a great idea, for washing hands etc.

Liked: When we arrived and were talking to the staff on reception my husband explained that we’re staying half way from home coming from the great north run and so they swapped our room to one with a bath so he could rest his legs which was very kind. They also gave our little boy a little bedtime book which he loves! Sorry I didn’t catch their names but they were both super polite and a credit to you
