Liked: Great location, lovely room, very clean. Breakfast was great value and a wide variety of food available. Would definitely visit again.

Liked: Staff were absoloutly helpfull and great . Very polite . Perfect location . We were lucky to get parking with hotel due to the staff double checking when they really didnt need to . Night staff were perfect . Didnt manage to get any names . For the price and service i received i am happy . 11 out of 10

Liked: Large room,fully equipped and great breakfast

Great except for the pet...

Liked: Staff were very helpful, location is great.
Disliked: I understand not being allowed to take my dog near the food at breakfast, but there’s no reason for not being allowed to sit in the same area as everyone else. M Gallery hotels allow it. It was way too awkward to rush for food then rush back to the bar area, so I only had Ona breakfast there, so the hotel is quite good at being pet friendly but not as good as others.

Disliked: Lack of facilities compared to other hotels no robes, no dental hygiene facilities in room no rinse cups toothbrush etc and my bathroom had ants in it

Lovely stay wouldn’t pay a...

Liked: The layout of the room, the location and the lovely building.
Disliked: The pillow cases didn’t fit the pillows, the duvet didn’t fit its cover and started to slide out and there was a cleaning cloth that was dirty under the bed!

Poor, unhappy with overall stay...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Keys to access the room were poor, they didn’t detect and we had to go to reception. The room was hot although we had the air con. Bed was uncomfortable, there was only one plug on one side of the bed. Lay out was poor for getting ready had to sit on the floor to use the mirror.
