Liked: Very close to the train station and the city centre.The hall is comfortable and there are a lot of games for children.

Liked: First impression of the style was great. The pillows were fab too.
Disliked: The bedroom wasn’t ready on arrival as we had not long booked the room, we were handed the bedding to put on ourselves. There was no milk for tea / coffee. There was dust on the skirting boards and heavy limescale on the shower head. There was not much choice at breakfast, the bacon was inedible and no toaster for the bread. Very disappointed. No parking meant we had to park in another car park which was actually cheaper but quite a walk with lots of luggage and 2 young children.

No deposit back

Liked: Everything was great but I didn’t receive my deposit back as of yet staff said it would take around 5 days but it’s been longer and still haven’t received my deposit. There is no details to contact there no answer of the phones and email is getting returned
Disliked: Still haven’t received my deposit back and I fully clean the room and Evan stripped all the beds before leaving

Liked: The location was very good. The rooms were large ,comfortableIt and clean. was great to have a balcony.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the breakfast is not good enough. Tables of people who have finished their breakfast are not cleared. There are many empty tables, but they all have dirty plates. Finished food is not replaced immediately.
