Not recommending to anyone

Liked: Nothing absolutely not recommending to anyone
Disliked: Very dirty, extremely bad facilities, bed was very bad and uncomfortable , room had no ventilation & AC wasn’t working

If the AC was good...

Liked: The location is good, the facilities is alright
Disliked: They say they have AC but its like a heater not AC, literally i was sweating. I communicated the hotel several times i wanted to check if this is a heater or Cooler they say cooler at the last day they told me that only fan is open because they have just opened the cooler which is weird i know AC and once you open it, it should work directly. Anyway the dishonestly also was something one say they say they have just opened it and tmr it would be cold, the other day they said there was an error and its fixed now but it didn’t actually, the next day they say its only fan for now “breeze they said” i went to the store and bought a fact and portable water AC just to cool the heat. Note: it wasn’t that hot outside it was actually chill but weirdly the room was like a steamer.

Great value, fantastic staff

Liked: Fantastic staff, very helpful. The room had plenty of space, everything was great.
Disliked: The only downside was that you can hear what happens in your own bathroom from the room, otherwise good soundproofing elsewhere.

Family stay for 4 nights...

Liked: Clean, staff friendly, gym ok-ish, large TV
Disliked: - The room was very small for 4 persons- The "sofa" was extremely unfomfortable to sleep in... Like really uncomfy- The staff sometimes did not fill up used stuff, did not replace towels, came in early on our leave day (they should know which rooms are leaving), did not take away PET bottles,... - One time both our door cards did not work anymore and we had to go back down. Staff did not apologize or anything, like if it happened frequently...- The room was so hot that we all had trouble sleeping- The breakfast is not really good compared to other Novotols... Quite bad what we experienced (we did not try to dinner restaurant) - Gym has a 2x 3kg dumbbells, 1 weight machine and 3 cardio machines... That is very poor imo- Pool was closed for maintenance... Well, that can happen I guess

Liked: Water fountain in the lobby. Great garden.
Disliked: Breakfast: mixed. Good bread and juices. Almost no vegetables. No waste buckets nor salt/pepper on the tables. Bacon slices hard to separate.Not enough shelves for clothes in the room.

Liked: Good size rooms, clean and quiet area.

Loved it!

Liked: Lovely clean and modern hotel. Great size rooms and quiet, relaxing location. Had a decent car park with plenty of charging spots for electric cars. There was also an adorable cat on site that seemed to live there.
