Exceptional

Liked: The reception was very good; they were very gentle with children and families. They even helped with luggage, and were very good overall. I would really like to stay there again.
Disliked: Well, like I said, I liked everything about the hotel. The bar was very good, and the people at the bar were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. I would say it's the best place for families to go; they are very clean. I really loved everything about it; there's nothing I can complain about.

Liked: Breakfast ends at 0930, too early, they didnt warn us. We lost it and the guy in the reception literal y didnt care

Liked: Been visiting this hotel for 30 years, always charmed by the views, and the location is so convenient for Swiss travel, it has always been my primary destination and a personal gateway into Switzerland. EV charging is now a perfect addition, the hotel is and has always been clean and well kept, staff have always been first class, the young man on reception on this occasion, was not the best… more training required…
Disliked: Mountain View now totally removed from the bar, terrace and dining room by new development to the north, commercial nature of venue makes it extremely busy from time to time, this time it was terrible, and nothing annoys me more than a petrol car parked on an EV space - totally thoughtless - no excuse. Tesla chargers have removed parking spaces for a very busy hotel, and there is little to no visible parking management. Won’t be visiting again..
