Disliked: I've been coming to this hotel annually for the past few years, and was told that i could not be on a VIP program. The concierge told me to register for an account with accor but past transactions will not included. This is not how a regular customer would like to be treated. There are many hotels in Perth CBD, i will be happy to go somewhere else next year.

Disliked: I wasn't made aware of a room change until I walked into my room with the staff to see it wasn't the room that I had booked for. She told me they were booked out of queen rooms and gave me a twin bed room when that's not what I booked for and Novotel shouldn't have booked for more then they could've offered.
