Liked: Lovely evening meals also for the kids, good service from the waiter. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Proper shower and extra pillows
Disliked: Airco controls a bit unclear, but we should have played around more.Extra bed for two kids was on the small side and they had to share one set of linnen. Its not bad but if your not used to sleep together like that i can be annoying for kids. Breakfast price is too high so we did not take it.

Disliked: The safe in the hotel room wasn’t working. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room. The hotel room gives off an old or outdated feeling.

Disliked: I was really expecting more from a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was below expectations.There was no phone in the room to contact reception — just a sticker with an international number, which guests are somehow expected to call. That alone is extremely inconvenient and not acceptable for a hotel at this level.Cleanliness was poor. There was dust everywhere — under the sofa bed, behind the soap holder, on the lamp, and worst of all, on the tray with the coffee cups and kettle. It made me seriously question how clean anything actually was. I didn’t feel comfortable using any of it. Everything also felt itchy, which didn’t help.No complimentary water bottles, no slippers, and no toiletries provided in the room. You need to ask reception for them, which would be okay if there was a way to call them — but again, there isn’t. So if you’re missing something, your only option is to go down in person. That’s just not acceptable at this level.Wi-Fi access details weren’t provided anywhere — no info card or instructions in the room.They also claim that the rooms are soundproof, but that was absolutely not the case. I could hear every detail from surrounding rooms and the hallway — doors slamming, conversations, footsteps. Not ideal if you’re looking for a restful stay.Overall, the hotel lacks attention to basic guest needs and comfort. This should not be rated as a 4-star property in its current condition.
