Very good

Liked: Hotel's location quite okay with spacious basement parking. Very quiet eventhough it is situated closer to the road. Lots of food choices for breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Everything is nice except for one thing. If u need water and u are thirsty, u have to fetch water from their water station on the ground floor. Disadvantage for disability people that they have to go down again just to fetch a bottled water. But, if u dont have an empty bottle then u have to buy one. Smart sale!

Comfortable and clean rooms and...

Liked: Very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Location very good for chocolate factory and easy to get to by public bus service from train station- bus stops next to hotel. Can leave luggage for free.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Safe as can only use the lifts with a room key. Clean rooms, clean hotel.
