Excellent Option in the area

Liked: Excellent facilities, friendly staff,
Disliked: Decent breakfast but can be improved with additional products. Replenishment of empty dishes was little slow.

Liked: The rooms where okay
Disliked: The welcome at the hotel was a big turn off. We have let the hotel know in front we would be earlier. It was rainy, we just been scammed by a taxi. Of course not the problem from the hotel. But then telling that the room is ready but we should pay extra fee for it. After charging already 500 eur for 4 nights. Bad service also the guy behind the desk very unfriendly
