Liked: NIC is in a convenient location near the station, spacious room with air con and all facilities required including toiletries, black out curtains and a comfortable bed. Breakfast - plenty of Jo ice, real orange juice, hot food was hot.
Disliked: The lift wasn’t working but I was able to use the service lift when carrying my suitcase. My room was on the second floor so using the stairs was fine for me.

Liked: Centrally located, functional hotel. Helpful staff. A road away from the town centre and there is a retail outlet over the road with a cinema, gym and eateries.
Disliked: Being centrally located means it’s on a busy roundabout and main road so it was noisy to have a window open - even late at night. Parking is first come first served so you can’t book in advance and are unlikely to get a space if you arrive later in the evening - which we did. There is a paid for carpark over the road that can be used and you can usually move the car during the day into the hotel carpark.

Liked: Location was good for my needs
Disliked: Lift not working and it said it was due to maintenance but as I arrived on Saturday I guess it was a longer problem. The hotel should have informed me before arrival. Had an accessible bathroom and after a shower the floor was completely wet.

Super clean and friendly stay...

Liked: Super comfortable beds and VG shower. Everything was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Convenient car park. Easy walk to town centre and enjoyed short stroll to the nearby riverside cafe for brunch.
Disliked: Perhaps more small trees, plants outside in the courtyard, entrance to make it more of an inviting garden area.
