Good hotel in city center

Liked: Its good hotel in city center. If you coming by car its good aswell as they have own parking 1.90m heigh.
Disliked: Can be more modern refurbishment but its good.

Liked: Loved everything. Room was clean and bed was amazingly comfy.Room was a good temperature View was amazing Location, location, location! And the carpark was exceptionally secure big 10/10
Disliked: The breakfast was chaos.Paying £19.50 for eggs on toast is a bit too much.Not much in the way for those who are gluten free.Saw a man use the same utensil for bacon as for the scrambled eggs, not great if you're a vegetarian.In the end everyone was waiting for the items to be topped up, if you weren't quick then you'd miss out.A lot of money for what was offered.

Disliked: We were on the 7th floor and there was an awful noice in the room. I went back down to the reception to check what it was and I was informed that it would continue to 5pm. That was absolutely fine but why not tell us when we checked in?

Liked: Was clean, comfortable and warm.
Disliked: Our room had no working sockets or tv. Offered the adjoining room and told to keep the original keys so we thought they’d given us 2 rooms at no extra cost. At 11pm we were told to vacate the original room. Pretty poor treatment at that time of night!
