Good
Liked: The location is great, 3 minutes to the sea, 30 minutes walking to Sopot, and 20 minutes to the Gdansk Old Town by car. The breakfast was very good, a good choice of food, everyone will find what he/she like to eat.
Disliked: Even though we bought a 'standard' room, usually there are basic things like slippers for the room, but we didn't have them, and at the reception, they said I could buy them, but when I wanted to buy them, they said they don't have it.

Good provision for children but...
Liked: Located close to the beach, the superior room with a sea view (for which we had paid extra) was fine, as was the range of breakfast food items.
Disliked: Within our one week stay the room received little attention from cleaning staff other than to empty the bin and give the sink and shower a quick wipe. Towels and linens were not changed - we appreciate this is an eco drive and it did not bother us too much as the towels dried quickly, however we had to request replenishment of toilet roll, toiletries and coffee/tea supplies.We had a mixed reception from staff in the gym/pool area and were surprised that additional payment was required to use the exercise machines.

Superb
Liked: Great amenities and friendly staff. Beautiful and comfortable rooms - the Rituals bathroom products were a treat. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the cocktails delicious!
Disliked: Was expensive but you get what you pay for!

Exceptional
Liked: I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, well maintained. Restaurant in site. Clean. Walking distance to beach. Great place for a family stay. Delicious breakfast. Parking.
Disliked: One morning we had a hard time finding a table for breakfast. There was some kind of convention. I felt like there should have been tables reserved for hotel guests and or other facilities open to the convention guests. Once they finished eating they stood around talking in the breakfast area and it was difficult to get through etc.

Disappointing
Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The room was dirty, floors dusty, and the sink was clogged. Housekeeping didn’t improve anything. Breakfast wasn’t included despite the high price. The pool is small and mostly occupied by training sessions. Very disappointed — would not recommend.

Perfect holiday
Liked: Perfect location! Just next to the beach! Delicious breakfast! And a nice room with activities for kids! And the swimming pool had the water worm -Perfect for kids !

It was good stay overall.
Liked: We like the hotel location and the comfort. Loved the pizzas from the restaurant in hotel.
Disliked: The staff wasn’t supportive while asking for room slippers on first night around 7-8 pm. I was refused mentioning that I have standard room booking and I don’t qualify for this. This was something I had never expected for a guest though I had booked for a room with queen size bed and a sofa (max 4 persons). On The very next day, I had asked again the staff around 8-9 pm, that staff was really responded politely and delievered the ask in no time. This discrepancy with staff behaviour is non-negotiable while responding so rudely to guests. Room slippers aren’t a big deal, the way that lady staff responded on first night was.
