Highly recommended accommodation for Freiburg
Liked: Excellent location opposite the Freiburg HBf station.Restaurants, bars, and shopping just around the corner.Clean and modern comforts..Freiburg has a lovely mixture of traditional German buildings with modern architecture.
Disliked: Just like most modern hotel rooms, I find the lighting inadequate. I was surprised to discover that the my room didn't have a safe for my passport and important documents.

Good experience
Liked: Good location, room is pretty comfortable and big. Personal is kind and professional.There's a small pool included.
Disliked: In theory there's a gym but it's very small with just dumbbells, no machines for working out.

Good for an overnight stop...
Liked: We arrived by train and the hotel is really close to the station and so excellent option for train travellers. It's a short walk to the historic town so the hotel is well located. The hotel staff were good. The hotel was very clean and the room was a good size, It was pretty quiet apart from a part of revellers that returned from the local wine festival in the early hours (outside going to a nearby house), which can't really be blamed on the hotel. We had a swim in the pool, its really small but was very quiet, clean and nicely appointed. Overall a good hotel that ticks the box for an overnight stop.
