Liked: My son left one side of small wireless earphones, and they kept it. Finally, we got it back. They handle lost property very well.

Very good

Liked: Great location and good restaurant and morning breakfast. No air conditioning and the room was a bit stuffy without cross ventilation. Room fan was provided. No toiletries, but did have shampoo, conditioner, and bathroom sink soap. Instant coffee in the room, which is passable for a caffeine fix. August means high prices for Edinbur go hotels.
Disliked: Room toiletries lacking. No AC.

Disliked: Shower controls - don’t like rain showers and it easy turns spray on when you are trying to shut shower off!

Liked: They should not say parking available.Not enough spaces and tiny.Gate don't work in or out.
Disliked: No water in the rooms only when you ask. Gym facilities hardly exist.Maybe one person at a time.

Liked: The location is very good.
Disliked: The main complain is that hotel's climate system does not have cooling. Even though a note on controller said that in the summer cooling should be enabled, it was not and the room on top floor was heated much above the temperature of already warm day. They provide small fans, but it does not help much.
