Liked: Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. A very good breakfast .

Comfy, friendly staff, and fun.

Liked: Pool was a good addition to our stay. Not far away from attractions. Gave us a discount for parking.
Disliked: Was a struggle for parking. They have their own parking but was full by the time we arrived. A bit pricey too

Liked: Lovely hotel, staff very helpful - room amazing, plenty of room, very bright, bathroom was small but was big enough for our needs, lovely the separate toilet and it being situated furthest from bed. Lovely the gym and pool access, lovely bar with live music. Situated by grassmarket. Would definitely go back and stay in other Novahotels
Disliked: Parking is very limited but that’s to be expected in a city hotel
