Comfortable, homely, relaxing

Liked: Loved the location of the hotel and the availability of taxis at the entrance, the staff where very helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: Would have liked a usb port close to the bed but that wasn’t a big deal I just went to go buy an adapter. But definitely not a deal breaker and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms

Disliked: When you dote food Pizza it’s a pizza that comes from the supermarket not done by th chef - all the for dinner is shot

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpfull and friendly.
Disliked: Room was very old and very small for families. For the car park Hotel charged 24 EUR per day. I think my car was having breakfast without my knowledge.

Bad stay at novotel west...

Liked: The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast and the friendly staff working in the breakfast area. That was the one thing we truly appreciated about this hotel.
Disliked: We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The first impression at check-in was particularly negative, as the staff at reception was unfriendly and unwelcoming. This set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was also not clean, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. We have stayed at many Novotel locations across Germany, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience. To make matters worse, the parking fee was extremely high—72€ for three nights—which is more than we’ve ever paid, even in central Frankfurt. We will not be returning to this hotel.
