Liked: Breakfast was superb, staff endlessly helpful, best beds ever!
Disliked: I love a bath but the shower was lovely..

Convenient stay for Dusseldorf city...

Liked: Good location within walking distance from both the airport terminal and S-bahn services to Dusseldorf central, very spacious and clean rooms, restaurant food was very tasty, ATM in the lobby for convenience.
Disliked: The couple times we used the TV it didn't seem to work properly, either because of the systems in there or the remote, not sure which. Otherwise, no real problems.

Exceptional

Liked: The fact that the personal was so nice and despite having a technical problem with the access card, they circumverted it. Also was very helpful with food and attractions recommendations
Disliked: Too short of a stay
