Amenities and facilities good, Staff...

Liked: The location was good, the hotel is focused on sustainability and amenities were good. Overall new hotel establishment but staff needs more training on enhancing customer experience and relations.
Disliked: We had a subpar welcoming experience. Staff communication was just kept at bare minimum necessary to check us in. The staff was just chatting away in the background of reception while we struggled to bring our stuff in through the weird rotating door. When we asked for a luggage cart, they just pointed at a corner and said "If there is one, it might be there" and carried on chatting away ignoring us. We came from Grand Chancellor Hobart the night before so compared to that this experience leaves a bad after taste.

Disliked: The design is nice but maybe the lobby area where people sit for a drink could have overlooked the water. Otherwise it was very nice.

Disliked: I'm surprised that parking is so limited and had to pay to park your car.

Liked: Central, very clean
Disliked: Charged for breakfast and other items that couldn’t be “explained” at checkout. Staff member couldn’t print me an itemised bill. I had to leave with the “hope” of the charges being reversed.

Liked: Neat , clean , modern, good condition; walking distance to shops , cafes & restaurants
Disliked: No pool, had to pay for parking or look for parking in the neighbourhood streets

Liked: Clean safe comfortable and convenient plus the restaurant downstairs. Great hot shower and comfy bed
Disliked: I was a bit thick when it came to turning up the tv volume
