Spacious room and locely stay...

Liked: Fabulous for kids. Breakfast was amazing for the whole family! Location and the fact that you get a discount to Corpus buying a voucher at the hotel makes it ideal if you want to visit Corpus as we did. The room was very spacious.
Disliked: There's not much we did not like. The kettle in the room was broken but was very quickly replaced by the awesome staff.

Not the usual Novotel standards

Liked: Big rooms. Big windows which can be opened. Very safe area. Parks around.
Disliked: - A very big hotel, with 12 floors has only 2 elevators. It took us ages to get to get up and down from the 10th floor.- The breakfast was so disappointing for a Novotel hotel. A lot of products were out of stock one hour before breakfast closure - for example the tomatoes. If asked... the staff replied that they run out. Same for the fruits. So we were only left with a lot of cucumbers.- Parking fee 25e per day- Sauna fee 10e per person- Bicycles are way cheaper to rent by online apps than from the hotel.- Clogged draining- Noisy hallway. You hear all the other doors from the floor snapping closed.Would not choose this hotel again :(

Family stay 19-21 February

Liked: The hotel is in a good location. Family room is enough good for staying for 2 adults and 2 children. There was a bath tube in our family room what was very nice for my kids.
Disliked: It was nightmare with parking area. The hotel charged money from me but the staff was not aware that parking spots are all blocked. Then I got refund and needed to find another parking place which is 3min drive from the hotel. A lot of people had the same problem in this day.

Value for money hotel in...

Liked: It is a value for money hotel. Nice area close to shops, cafes etc. Not in the city center but access to the center is convenient throught public transport.
Disliked: The room was not big enough but it was acceptable for a 2-day stay with kids. Bathroom was quite old but it is still kept in a clean state. It would be more convenient if the bar/restaurant at the ground floor had a wider range of dinner choices (i.e. pasta) to fulfill the needs of families with children.

Good

Liked: This is our second time staying here. Room was comfortable and nice.
Disliked: Breakfast options were limited and not so great (a bit boring) and always empty maybe due to Easter holiday. We encountered two staff (ladies with name Tiffany and Juul) that pretty unpleasant. First during check in, one staff showed an ATTITUDE with her nails, eyes and mouth/lips when she provided only one room key and I said I've booked 3 rooms - that's when she seems not happy and rolled eyes. I believed the receptionist needs to be friendly and very NICE. Another staff showed a bit rude question when my husband kept on validate the parking ticket as he kept on back and forth to go out (FYI, he kept on going out because our daughter was sick and he's out again to find Pharmacy (ETOS) and AH to buy medicine and simple meal for the sick daughter- so instead of asking "AGAIN?" you should ask, is everything okay ? anything we can help with ? That's very basic manners that you need especially in 4 stars hotel.
