Liked: The location. It is right across the road from the Esplanade where the Glenti is held each year. We stay here because of the Glenti.
Disliked: The room could have been cleaner. Behind the couch were empty packets of chips and boxes etc. The room wasn’t vacuumed during our stay (or if it was it wasn’t done well). I asked for extra towels on the first night and reception said I couldn’t have anymore. We booked for 5 people and only received 4 towels. She reluctantly gave me another one. The room need needs major refurbishment. The cupboard doors were broken, the walls looked really bad, the shower needs replacing. The cost we paid, $958 for two nights for an old run down room, is not worth the price. And we booked almost a year in advance.

Liked: Staff were lovely, happy to assist with all needs. We were upgraded to an apartment free of charge and had a lovely view of esplanade. Room clean and comfortable. Met all of our needs
