Great for quick stop over.

Liked: Typical Novotel - rooms functional, bed comfortable (queen size) bathroom good with excellent walk in shower (must request or you get a shower over bath). Location suited us for a friends party. Would also make a good stopover close to M6 motorway. Breakfast very average, had to request fresh cooked eggs but they did it. Rest was standard English, minimal continental options, no sign of coffee. As it was included it increased the value. Overall value for price paid was excellent.
Disliked: Restaurant carpet in desperate need of replacement. Parking at £5 per day - they have plenty of space but is it secure?

Liked: Super friendly staff, made our week in Coventry seeing family a breeze. Big props to the African gentleman on the evening shifts, you are a legend!

Liked: I absolutely loved my stay here the manager was very nice Mohammed his name was and he helped us definitely would come back here again it was clean and even though we stay a night it definitely met are standards

Pleasant stay let down by...

Liked: The grounds behind the property with the garden and the park were ideal as we were travelling with children. The staff were all friendly
Disliked: The breakfast was very poor for the money. There were no eggs left at all by 10am, an hour before the breakfast period finished and hardly any food out at all.

Liked: Location was good, lovely room.Large bed and lovely shower room.
Disliked: Not enough milk, teabags etc. There should be more placed in the room. Only enough for 2 cups of tea. Had to pay £5 for parking and our previous 2 stays the parking was free, so that was disappointing and unexpected. We were also not told the WiFi was free and given the password, we were unaware of this. This should be explained when you check in.
