For the price we paid...

Liked: Nice size room and bed, comfortable enough. Good showering facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The fridge in the room had an awful smell. The floors and walls throughout the hotel were dirty and stained, due a freshen up.

Liked: The room was very modern and clean.
Disliked: It was let down only because the fridge or the air conditioning didn't work. We were offered free drinks at the bar which was of no use as we don't drink.

Liked: Upon arriving for check in at 9pm no staff was present at the front desk. Standing waiting with 3 children to check in, I eventually had to walk to the bar and ask them how I could check in. The bar staff came down to check us in. She told us no information about breakfast times, wifi etc. at this point the other staff approached front desk and attended to Simeon else and we were told by the bar staff we had to pay for parking as we paid via booking.com but then when my husband went to move the car the other staff member said no as we were staying overnight we didn’t have to pay for parking. When getting into our room we had no sugar, teabags, tissues in the bathroom.I approached Lilly at the front desk the next morning and was asked to email about the situation but to be honest I would expect it to have been dealt with it then not for me to send an email. Disappointed to say the least considering we paid £130 just to sleep!
Disliked: Service.

Disappointing

Liked: No fridge , no aircon working. Poor attention to detail I booked two rooms as travelling with family and they also had no working fridge.
