A little disappointing!

Liked: Charming reception staff and pleasant room. Very clean and close to the autoroute for an overnight stop.
Disliked: The restaurant service was not good - and needs to be much better for a 4 star hotel. In spite of several waiting staff we were ignored at the entrance for some time and then ignored again while waiting to order. Food was OK but, as common in France, no vegetable accompaniments other than potato provided. No salads on the menu at all.Only soap products in the bathroom and one towel for 2 people.Constant strange noise from below the room - something like a trolley being dragged over stone floor until late evening and starting again early morning.

Liked: The lunch at the nearby restaurant(recommended by friendly receptionist).
Disliked: The toilet seat was hanging on by one bolt.The TV did not work,we only found this out after an early supper.The three way opening window had a faulty Lefthand upper corner fixing,which meant the window could not be shut and keep the road noise out.The cleaners were ready and waiting outside our room to prepare for the next guest…talk about a hot sheet hotel!We were given a deduction on the amount to pay for our evening meal of an omelette and a veggie curry.
