Liked: Perfect location. Close to tram stop, walking distance to new regent street for dining, and shopping. Clean facilities, warm room 2 adults 2 kids rooms good size for sleeping

Disliked: The room layout is very weird. The sink is outside the bathroom and is open to the room.

Liked: Room was comfortable. Only one chair for a double room therefore we did not use room service as there was no where for the second guest to sit
Disliked: The ShowerThe room was wheelchair friendly which was not requested. The shower because of only having curtains to provide access for a person less able, allowed the water from the shower to spay under the curtains wetting the floor of the bathroom.Because of this I told reception and they provided 2 non slip rubber matsMy issue is health and safety and the higher risk of a person slipping and being injured because of the wet floor. Shower head had to be angled towards the back wall and it still wet the floor outside the shower area

Liked: Strategic and close to some places, comfortable bed, helpful staff
Disliked: The hotel does not have access to free air tv channels. Not everyone has tv channels app on their phones to chrome-cast on tv. Bathroom is a bit outdated.

Liked: convenient, accessible, and value for money.
Disliked: No slippers or even toothbrush. If no provision for that at least include that as in your information. At time heat pump is very slow or not working well.
