Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. Bed super comfy. Great location.Amazing breakfast.
Disliked: The bathroom door didn't pull out. Parking wasn't clear- was told next door. But next door has 3 different parking companies. The one I had to park in had the least clearest sign.

Just perfect
Liked: The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to guide us in the right direction. Breakfast was also amazing. We also had dinner and it was excellent

Liked: Good central location. Great friendly staff. Nice addition of a kids room on the ground floor.

Would stay again only because...
Liked: The property was very well located, close to food, and the tram. Hotel employees were very friendly and helpful however.
Disliked: There was mould in the bathroom, the shower door leaked, parking was a challenge and the sink facilities were located outside the bathroom. The booking was incorrectly applied somewhere along the way, and it was for two guests instead of 4. This meant that there wasn’t enough towels. Then, they had no extra towels on site and they had to be brought from elsewhere

Buffet breakfast was great value
Liked: Check-in was quick and hassle-free, setting a positive tone for our stay. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped—overall very comfortable.Complimentary Wi-Fi was available, and breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Although it was quite busy on arrival, the staff managed the crowd efficiently by promptly clearing tables to accommodate everyone.Room service was fantastic—the rib-eye steak was perfectly cooked and easily one of the best meals we had in New Zealand.
Disliked: - Our towels smelt 'off', very odd and couldn't put our finger on the smell- While we couldn't hear the traffic outside the room, we could hear the people above us walking around very clearly and was disruptive to sleep
