Disliked: Cold bath , Kids running up th hallway at 6am in th morning . Couldn’t get out th car park so my daughter went to ask receptionist and they were not very polite with her

Disliked: When we arrived I put my bags outside bathroom, the carpet outside of bathroom was drenched, so all my stuff got wet, also had soaking wet feet throughout my stay, ended up having to use towels to put on the floor as the floor was that wet,
