Felt like the owners/management are...

Liked: The food and particularly the breakfast was grea
Disliked: The phone in the room didn’t work, I asked if someone could take a look at it and someone came 20 before we left 3 days later. The room was out dated and was not clean.

Disliked: Breakfast is the same the two days we stayed, just average I was charged car park for my rental car even if I struggled to find a space. I have to park near ANU car park overnight and have to move my car before 7am. The car park issue was not properly explained during booking

Liked: Friendly staff and central location
Disliked: Facilities are dated and needs an upgrade. E.g entire bathroom, wardrobes, chairs and cabinets. Beds are ok.

Liked: The location for our event was perfect. Our room was a little dated but very clean.
Disliked: The parking was horrendous and off site very expensive.The drop off zone for check in was a manic congested mess.
