Very pleasant stay

Liked: Very clean, lots of space and the spa is really nice. We had a few drinks now and then downstairs Staff is friendly, and there is a supermarket righ across the street
Disliked: It’s a bit of a hassle to get into the swimming pool,The toilet is not properly closed off with a door, and you can hear noise from the hallwayParking is not for free and no possibility to charge your electrical car

Disliked: Bar and restaurant closed at 6pm - no explanation Fire alarm (false alarm at 4.30am)1 bottle of bottled beer available that was chilled 33.5 degrees in Cambridge that dayReception staff weren’t overly friendly

Pleasant enough stay - albeit...

Liked: Good location, albeit not in the centre of Cambridge. Bus routes are good though and car parking is simple.Friendly and helpful front of house staff.
Disliked: Unfortunately, housekeeping was more than a little poor on this occasion. This was raised with the hotel and they did sort it out, but with a balance between being environmentally friendly and clean, this was definitely not on the clean side.Not the standard anyone would expect from a four star hotel.Disappointing to say the least.

Very good

Liked: Staff very welcoming, room great size and very comfortable. Bathroom very clean and modern. Plenty of coffee and tea provided. Location handy to bus into city centre or an easy flat walk along the river bank. Supermarket directly across the road. Good choice of food in restaurant.
