Liked: AMAZING STAFF! We celebrated our anniversary at the hotel, which has an incredible team! Our room was perfectly decorated by Genni, who was lovely, and we even met her the following day at breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially liked the large mirror door for the bathroom. The spa experience was small but great—the pool and jacuzzi were a bit chilly but refreshing after the sauna. We had a cozy dinner at the hotel, and Reynold provided very professional service! The food and wine were delicious, and we received a small cake with a candle as a surprise. Thanks again for everything!

Disliked: I booked it for two adults and a baby with a cot, but the cot was not in the room. They didn’t bring it even when I asked at the hotel. The AC did not work so the room was very hot
