Very good

Liked: The complex is lovely - a great set up in beautiful lush green surroundings. The pool area with little beach is very nice, relaxing and convenient. The food from the restaurant when eating in the restaurant was delicious. The room was comfortable and it was great to have a balcony. Excellent location.
Disliked: We had tiny ants in one part of the room. I cleaned them up but they kept returning. It didn't inconvenience us enough to raise it during the stay or ask to change rooms but when I mentioned it to reception upon check out, they made no comment. There was also no operating fan in the bathroom. The room service options were limited.

Liked: Location and buffet breakfast were excellent. Some staff were excellent. Great pool. Lifts are fast.
Disliked: At times the desk and bars seemed either short staffed or lacking productivity. Waiting 10 minutes to return my towels for a token was silly. Likewise waiting 10 to 15 minutes for a beer when there was maybe only 8 customers in line with 3 people working at the bar. Pretty disorganised.The beds and blankets were fairly average too.
