Great stay!

Liked: Great location, good parking facilities were excellent. Good breakfast. Limited choice evening meal menu but excellent quality and value for money.
Disliked: While eating one evening meal the staff were busy preparing the tables for breakfast next morning. We felt we needed to rush our food and get out of their way!

Liked: Location, good access to city centre via tram.
Disliked: The plug in the handbasin cannot be pushed down in order to fill the basin. Reception told me that it was a deliberate design feature and that all their basins are like that. In which case, why have a "plug" at all - and it wastes water!Breakfast quality and range has got worse, including no glasses for fruit juice but paper cups instead.

Disliked: Minimal coffee sachets in room. Asked at bar for another one. Staff member turned his back and pulled face / rolled eyes. Extremely rude and immature.

Disliked: Nothing to mention

Potentially a nice hotel. But...

Liked: It was adequate for our needs.
Disliked: Firstly, the restaurant had stopped serving food by the time we arrived, and then when we fetched some food from a nearby outlet we were told to leave the bar area and go to our room. What a lousy way to treat your guests! Secondly, the fridge in our room didn’t work, and we had perishable items we had hoped to keep fresh. We reported this in the morning.

It’s good to stay.
