Liked: Breakfast was great. Staff was nice and helpful. I really like how they made a few things nicer than other hotels. The table football freely available at the lobby, the water bottles we could fill up and take into the room.

Will not return here Staff...

Disliked: Older facilities. Rooms very small. No air conditioning in room. Thermostat was useless. Terrible value for price.

Good location but falling behind...

Liked: The restaurant staff and the gentleman at reception saved the day.
Disliked: We were first given a room where the sofa bed's sheets had not been changed. Luckily, the gentleman at reception showed us an alternative room. Having remade the beds, I would prefer that Novotel provide duvets for the sofa beds rather than the old and awfully stained blankets.

Disliked: The power suddenly went out at 8am and two women who were not in uniforms came to repair it but failed to fix it. As a result, I couldn’t properly pack my luggage in the dark room and forgot the plug converter. I sent a message on the Booking platform to the hotel, hoping they could send the converter back to Paris, but the hotel didn’t reply. No one reminded us in the morning that breakfast would be charged extra, and they directly deducted the deposit. This is very unreasonable!

Disliked: No food available in hotel on arrival but it was New year's day.
