Liked: location, hotel facilities, rooms and breakfast are were excellent, right off the grand palace; basically you just walk out of hotel in the best area.

Great location, friendly staff but...

Liked: Amazing location, so easy to get to from centre train station and close to amazing sites and restaurants. The staff was lovely and the lobby was really nice.
Disliked: The carpet in the hallways and rooms were really bad, stains everywhere. They need a deep clean or replacement. The walls are also very beat up, the hotel is clean but it seems like they put all of the money into making the lobby "cool" and neglectated basic maintenance in the rooms and halls.

Liked: Breakfast, bar, location.
Disliked: The rooms and corridors on the floors need refreshments, toilet and bathroom are not fresh. Elevator is old. Forgot my clothes, at first they said it wasn’t found, after several calls and arguments it was finally found. Overpriced.

Liked: Location was great, close to the big square and there's a public parking close to the hotel.
Disliked: Bed was not comfortable enough.

Liked: Novotel Brussels off Grande Place is situated at the heart of the city centre, it's the most convenient location we could have. However, the atmosphere into the hotel was calm and peaceful and had a very good sleep during our stay. Our room was very clean and everyday very well cleaned and taken care of. Also the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of fresh and quality options.
Disliked: Nothing, we are pleased with everything.

We loved Grand Place. Two...

Liked: Convenient to everything we wanted to do at the Grand Place and easy to catch a tour to Bruge and other places. Only a block or two away. Go out the door and live music to enjoy at the small park.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have access to free water in the lounge area like the Novotel in Versailles.
