Customers’ comfort and interests first....
Liked: It’s ok place by the location in the centre and it’s clean for the night.
Disliked: The rooms not as shown on the site. Small and just a room. A bit chaotic noisy downstairs and first floor. Some Staffs not as nice. Called for an extension and he answered in three language. I chose English. Rudely he answered “I just spoke English ma’am.” Very unprofessional way of choosing a language to continue a conversation.

Disliked: We request from the hotel a driver to go to the airport, he was very rude 😏👎In addition, we were in a different city and reserved 2 nights, but we couldn’t arrived in the first night because there was a problem in the train, I explained this situation to them . So we came to the hotel on the following day but they changed us the 2 nights.
