Liked: The hotel was central and in a quiet area , walking distance to everything, Staff were friendly and helpful, we arrived early and they checked us into our rooms ,they helped us when our flight was cancelled due to strike at airport. They recheck us back into the hotel without changing roomsNo stress at the hotel at all, perfect

Liked: The hotel is clean and nice. The rooms were good. Breakfast was also good. We loved the location, downtown but not noisy.
Disliked: We liked everything.

brilliant, hotel not as expected

Disliked: i had been here many times over the last 20 years and i was looking forward to the latest refurbishment. it was very dissapointing, the layout meant the staff were working so much harder and not as effective as they should have been.On entering the building i was shocked to be greated by a bar and not a reception desk.i did ask for some gifts to be placed in my room in advance of me arriving this never happened.
