Novotel Bristol Centre Hotel

The bed was comfy and the hotel is pet friendly. Think the hotel is a bit tired and needs an update. Heating didn't work well and the room was cold; shower was poor and barely got warm let alone hot; it then leaked all over the floor as the door seal didn't work. Hairdryer didn't work. Reception didn't really offer any alternatives. Unlikely to stay again.

Room was a good size and clean. Food in the bar area was very good. Staff were polite and helpful.

Disliked: Fridge was too small I didn't get much information about breakfast and lunch service upon my arrival..No airfreshner in the bathroom, no tooth brush or tooth paste.Small playing area for kids

Hotel close to town centre...

Disliked: Twice I ask reception to get maintenance to look at the television as it didn’t have channel 3/4 or 5 installed.

Liked: Very good value for money. Staff was friendly and happy to provide extra help such as a fan. Close enough to walk to town. Clean and tidy. Would use again.
