The bed was comfy and the hotel is pet friendly. Think the hotel is a bit tired and needs an update. Heating didn't work well and the room was cold; shower was poor and barely got warm let alone hot; it then leaked all over the floor as the door seal didn't work. Hairdryer didn't work. Reception didn't really offer any alternatives. Unlikely to stay again.

Liked: Had a lovely stay at novotel. We had come for our 10 year anniversary. They upgraded us which was such a lovely surprise, we also had a handwritten card wishing us a happy anniversary, which was so nice. Staff were all so lovely. Couldn't recommend it more.
Disliked: No negatives, it was perfect.
