Liked: My wife and I have stayed at this hotel 5 times this year.....so we like it! Location and ease of access to the International airport is excellent.
Disliked: Some form of rewards for frequent stayers.

Disliked: Getting from Airpark to Airport to Hotel - there isnt any after hours shuttle services from the airport to the hotel, even though it is so close to the hotel. the hotel doesnt have a service and Taxi drivers do not want to take you to Novotel since they do not make much money on this trip. We were literally left stranded for a few hours with 2 children at the airport and when we did get a taxi we were verbally abused by the driver. When discussed with the staff - they mentioned that the only way to get to the hotel was via taxi
