Could be better for the...

Liked: Great location when you are arriving on a flight later in the day.
Disliked: The cold shower wasn’t pleasant! They seemed to have run out of hot water at some point as my husband had a shower early which was fine. Also , we messaged the hotel via the app about airport transfers 6 hours before we were due to arrive and didn’t get a response until after we had checked out the next day.

Very good

Liked: Close to the airport for an overnight stay before continuing our travels. Staff very good especially bar/dinning.
Disliked: The was a stale/musty smell when opening the room door. This seemed to be from the bathroom area which could be that the drains require flushing out.Taxi driver particularly rude when dropping us off!!!!“Great advertisement for the city” I must say, Yea right!!!!! Perhaps some system should be introduced in conjunction with hotels, airport & taxi companies to elevate this negative first impression.

Overall I loved my stay...

Liked: Really enjoyed my 1 day transit stay at Novotel. They allowed me to check in early around 10:30AM as i arrived on the morning flight from Port Moresby and had to check out before midnight for the red eye flight to Fiji. Ordered room service and food was exceptional
