Disliked: That the housekeeping took a long time and on one occasion we had slept out and we found two housekeeper people in our room taking photos then rushed out when we walked in and surprised them.Invasive and no explanation from them at all.Yes I complained.

Disliked: Kids were not allowed to use indoor swimming pool. The outside pool was not clean and the water was freezing cold.

Disliked: All but one lifts were out of order during our stay, meaning we had to use stairs a lot or wait inordinate amounts of time for the single lift - I think the property could have at least discounted our room charge or the not inconsiderable parking charge to compensate for the inconvenience. There was also ongoing construction work -including late at night - as the arcade under the hotel is being renovated.

Liked: Facilities , modern and clean
Disliked: The noise from the bar . In room 416 Had to get up at 6am so tried to sleep early but the bar had the music sooo loud couldn’t sleep. Wish we were on a higher level. Plus when checking out got told to pay for buffet breakfast we didn’t have. We left hotel at 7am so we wasn’t even there . After a long discussion we finally convinced the manager and wiped it from bill.

Disliked: I booked king suite with bay view and I got king suite with a view of trees and level 3 pool.i also prepaid parking and on the second day was charged to exit parking despite having paid for the duration of my stay and staffs excuse was number plate was incorrect again despite leaving carpark on the first day with no issues
