Exceptional

Liked: Easy to check in, comfortable rooms with delicious Kusmi teas offered, spacious. Restaurant was better than anticipated but gets very booked up so reserve your table!
Disliked: Although it is an airport hotel there is no shuttle to the airport, and it is too far to walk (realistically) - the tram goes from outside the door but if you don't speak French and are unfamiliar with the tram ticketing system it isn't easy to work out, or to tell which is the right direction, particularly if you have luggage.

Liked: It felt very welcoming, clean and homely. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. The location is excellent next to the airport if you have a late or early flight.
Disliked: If there was some food available for latecomers. The restaurant was closed when I got there around 9pm however the staff recommended Uber eats which was great.

Pleasant

Liked: The hotel is convenient for the airport. Rooms are a good size.
Disliked: The restaurant was terrible. There was a large raclette evening on, which meant the diners from the hotel were pretty well ignored. It took us at least 50 minutes to get our starter and a drink despite chasing it. The main courses were tepid and overpriced for what it was. The dessert chocolate liegeois was one scoop of melted ice cream topped up with chantilly cream.Although the hotel was reasonable we would not return due to the terrible restaurant.

Liked: Quiet location. Friendly reception staff. Good on site restaurant.
Disliked: Directions on how to reach the hotel by Tram were incorrect. The hotel is not very visible from the roadside.
