Liked: Good breakfast and great customer service. Close to the city center.
Disliked: Too little electrical outlets, for example no possibility for both people to recharge phones beside the bed. Toilet should be in the same room as hand basin for hygienic reasons.

Summer break in Bordeaux

Liked: The hotel was clean,nice & convenient for city centre , attractions & airport. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Beds in hotel were vuncomfortable & not good quality.

Liked: Nice vibe and staff.
Disliked: Bed was not comfortable.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again

Liked: The lobby area was very nice and renovated. Most of the staff were very kind and accommodating.
Disliked: There was one staff member who was less than helpful. We asked to see if we could check in early with another staff member, and they told us a room would be ready around 1:30/2 (normal check-in is at 3). We came back around then, and nothing was ready, so we hung out in the lobby and had drinks. At 2:45, I asked again about a room and they still told me it wasn’t ready (I’m thinking, will 15 minutes really make a difference between it being ready or not?) Luckily another staff member came over and offered to upgrade us and was very attentive and accommodating. Another bummer about the property was that the room was a little dirty and even at its lowest setting, the A/C didn’t work well.

Liked: Cozy room. Tea and coffee was available. A small fridge is available.
Disliked: The room was too small for a family of 4.

Liked: It's a good place for families. Rooms are rather large , practical. We liked the attention given to kids at check in with the gift's.

Fantastic - I’d stay here...

Liked: Amazing breakfast. Loved the carrot cake loaf. Lots of very healthy options. A wide choice of breakfast items. Gorgeous bar with some incredible wines. The staff were super friendly and helpful. About 10 mins walk from the main shopping area.
Disliked: Nothing
