Central of town near tram...

Liked: First time in Bordeaux. The hotel is in the central of the old town near City Hall and some churches. Close to transportation. Good breakfast.
Disliked: I think this is more like a 3.5 star hotel vs 4 stars. The hotel needs a bit of updating in furnishings but it was clean. The pillow was not comfortable as it lacks any support.

Liked: Location. Double double glazing made for no street noise.
Disliked: Ventilation controls did not function.

A fantastic short break in...

Liked: The location was great - a very easy journey by tram from the airport, then a few minutes' walk - the hotel is also very conveniently located for all the major attractions and the tram system (2 different lines close by). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room itself was lovely with great facilities. The breakfast was absolutely superb - one of the best hotel breakfasts ever, with a huge choice of hot and cold food, and an attractive dining area with choice of seating type.
Disliked: Nothing that we can think of.
