Great location

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms

Very good

Liked: Very nice hotel. Seems to be in an area where all the tours book their stays. I saw a lot of tourists buses.
Disliked: The location. If I were to come to Bordeaux I would not stay here even though the tram is nearby and you can be in the city centre in 5 minutes.

Liked: People there have good smile!
Disliked: I pay for parking more too much!!! For 2 night I payed 36 euros and this first time when I payed for parking in Hotels when I already paid for all! Its not respecting for costumers! And its was my first time with Novotel and last time!writing the parking free when i made the reservation! Its like a scam.

Great value with great service

Liked: Good, clean facilities with attentive service and an outdoor terrace area for relaxation. The bedroom windows could be opened instead of using air conditioning which was refreshing.

Disliked: 1 tea bag in the room when used it was never replaced - no milk or substitute available. No coffee only a chocolate espresso!

Our stay was ok, hotel...

Liked: Location was good, staff were good and helpful, however disappointed in the hotel, definitely not a 4 star which was disappointing, no toiletries in the bathroom and the room was basic! Outside of the hotel is shabby and uninviting, thankfully the staff were good and very pleasant and helpful
Disliked: Didn’t like the fact there were no toiletries in the bathroom, and the outside of hotel was shabby
