Staff excellent - restaurant excellent...

Liked: The staff are brilliant, friendly and customer service was second to none. The location was fabulous for the airport. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. The sofa bed in this room was really comfortable - maybe fitted sheets would be better as the single sheet didn’t cover the sofa fabric and it was a bit scratchy.
Disliked: We were advised that there are no twin rooms so we had to get a family room with sofa bed and queen bed. We were advised that all these rooms came with showers over the bath and none had step into or walk into showers. It wasn’t ideal but we coped. However we were given a room on our post holiday overnight stay in a room with a step into shower and a queen bed and sofa bed?!? So it appeared they do have more suitable options! As a disabled person, not having a twin room in a hotel is disappointing especially as I travel with a carer or family so don’t share a bed with them.

Hot and uncomfortable

Liked: Location is great - the staff are amazing - the bar was open so we could get a drink on arrival at midnight. But no room service after 10:30pm.
Disliked: I am disabled and we were given room 605 which was quite a walk on crutches from the lift. The air conditioning was virtually non existent on one of the hottest nights of the year. The sofa bed was like sleeping on a wardrobe door. There was a big groove down the middle. It had no padding and was rock hard. It had only a flat sheet covering the scratchy fabric of the bench sofa which, when I moved it exposed the sofa seat covering. After two times of trying to make the bed again - I gave up. Not a good experience.
