Disliked: They forgot to top up the disposable cups and vanity kit but we requested and could pick them up from the lobby

Liked: Everything was convenient and they gave us free tram and bus tickets which made it very easy to access tourist attractions.
Disliked: The behavior of a female receptionist when leaving the hotel (check out) was not very friendly or respectful.
