Nestled in the Barossa Valley Australia's oldest and best known wine region this resort offers a heated pool fitness center and tennis courts. All accommodations features a balcony offering panoramic views of the Barossa Ranges and Jacobs Creek Vineyards. Novotel Barossa Valley Resort is located next to the 18-hole Tanunda Pines Golf Course and is 10 minutes' drive from Tanunda's restaurants and shops. It is 12 mi from Gawler and 43 mi from Adelaide city. Guests can play a game on the giant outdoor chess set or relax with a massage at the Endota Day Spa. There are extensive walking trails to explore and bicycle rental is also available. All accommodations features an LCD TV with cable channels and an ergonomic work desk with a leather chair. Lovely place to stay and...

Liked: The resort was clean and comfortable and a great location, close to all wineries and cellars doors
Disliked: Stayed in a ground floor room. The first night the guest upstairs sounded like elephants walking around until early hours of the morning and could hear them opening and closing the balcony doors continuously and one one point at 2:30am it sounded like someone had filled out of bed. Also the second morning in might have been housekeeping that we could hear walking around upstairs and opening and closing the balcony doors. So if you are a light sleeper like myself maybe ask for a room upstairs.

Liked: Location was amazingFacilities amazingStaff super friendly Room service was quick and staff really friendly I would stay again
Disliked: The room was a little dirty, Stains on curtains, and carpet , mould in corners of shower Tv screen broken, watchable but had a red line down it at all times, or the menu page was showing through in the background at all times even when watching other channels
