I would like to stay...

Liked: We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and our kids had a great time in the pool. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel staff were polite and very helpful. The rooms were clean, but a bit small for a family of four. The location was excellent — close to the city, right next to tram and metro stations. There’s also a huge city park, a shopping mall, and kilometers of walking trails right beside the hotel. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend it!
Disliked: Roma are small for families ( 4)

Room key card didn’t work

Disliked: Key card for the room didn’t work. Had to exchange key cards 9 times during a 4 night stay and was also unable to use the elevator to get to my floor. None of the exchanges worked so basically the hotel was unable to solve the issue of key cards malfunctioning during the stay. Other people were having the same issue. Being unable to get into my room made the entire stay stressful and made every other amenity the hotel offers irrelevant. Unfortunately would not stay here ever again because of this.
