Liked: the staff are wonderful the coffee was good and location perfect easy to get to just off the motorway
Disliked: the restaurant is over priced for the quality of food restaurants in newmarket are a lot cheaper and better quality and the lighting in the restaurant is shocking

I only stayed one night...

Liked: Easy onto Motorway
Disliked: It was fine. Sadly there was a huge muck up with our dinner and our order was lost and due to the fact I was unwell and had limited time/strength to continue to wait hours, I had to retire to my room. We deliberately went to dinner at the bar early so I could rest and go to bed early. My daughters had traveled far to be there that evening before my surgery at the neighbouring hospital. I hoped to have one final dinner as a family. Our dinner never arrived and sadly I had to retire to my room. Admittedly the duty manager was amazing at looking after the rest of my family and our daughters had a lovely stay. I can’t fault the duty manager’s attempt to rectify the situation… for me, it was just very upsetting to miss out on that special evening with my kids. Special thanks to the duty manager that night for doing the best he could do and taking care of my wife and adult children… I just missed out

Liked: I didnt like anything because we were treated very poorly from the hotel night manager. Myself, friends and family will never stay at any novotel or ibis hotels ever again
Disliked: My son became ill the fight we stayed. 9.30 pm he vommited through the bed and on the floor. The night manager said he didnt have access to clean sheets or blankets as house keeping had gone home. Eventually he came to our room and gave us 2 sheets. We had to sleep with no blankets. He gave us no cleaning products to clean the vommit. He didnt take the dirty laundry we had to put it in the bath. Wosrt stay of our lives. Do not reccomend. The staff were great. Apart from the night manager. He was a complete waste of space and good for nothing.DONT STAY HERE
