Too expensive for whats offered.

Liked: Breakfast could be better quality. There was a poor selection of food. Breakfast was excessively expensive for what was offered.

Mediocre at best. On-site Hotel...

Liked: Proximity to conference venue. That's it.
Disliked: Parking onsite at Hotel was ridiculous. Tightest carprk I've ever used and to be charged for the use of Carparks which were too few versus in-house guests/occupancy, and also so tight you couldn't get out of your Car door? Stupid. Yes, Ascot parking was available up and round the corner - but as far as convenience was concerned. Not very user-friendly Novotel!

Liked: The room was a great size, 2x king size beds, I could not fault the room, so very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable with a range of pillows. The staff were amazing, so friendly from my first encounter at reception to bar and restaurant staff to the room attendants, and they looked like they were working as a great team and enjoying themselves, so nice to see. We were stating for 2x nights a family member was having surgery next door at Ascot, such a close location to visit but also come back to a meal in the dinning room/bar or breakfast. Super easy.
