Liked: Missed my connecting flight to Sydney but I was able to get a room within an hour here. Greatly appreciated it. Thank you so much. Managed to board my flight at 3:30 am the next morning. The night staff were super friendly.

Exactly what I expected.

Disliked: A very good location for an overnight stay before flying from Auckland airport. It really is close to arrivals and departures but is priced accordingly. The rooms are good quality and the food is good but limited

Handy for our early flight...

Liked: The hand shower leaked badly and only dribbled out the shower head.The hand pump moisturizer was empty
Disliked: Maybe things like the shower heads and fittings should be checked to ensure they are in working order and the soap/ moisturiser containers should be checked as well
