Comfy beds and convenient

Liked: Directly across from the international terminal, the hotel was very convenient and accommodated our late night check in. The beds were super comfortable.

Ideal for travel weary people...

Liked: We arrived early evening internationally, with an internal flight out the next morning, so the location and ease of it all was great. ideal for what we needed. tnx
Disliked: Maybe some bottled water in the room could be a nice touch, we did drink the tap water which was fine, we have stayed in far less accom around and they all seem to have water on hand, but not a biggie!.

Disliked: I got an email and so checked in on line.Still waited ten minutes to get keys.Receptionist couldn't find my name.Got four emails from you in days before checking in.
