Good business hotel

Liked: The room was very neat and comfortable, with even a little sofa and a large wardrobe. It also faced the green outside, without any noise from the street. Bathroom and shover very clean.Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice between different possibilities.Also, the parking is big enough to host a lot of cars.
Disliked: The hotel gym is disappointing. Just a small room with 3 cardio machines and almost nothing else. Defintely a point for improvement, with a larger room and some wheight macines or free weights.The corridor leading to the room (ground floor) is quite narrow and dark. Also, the personnel keep the service rooms open, which is not a good show for a hotel at this level.

Liked: The breakfast was rich and varied, typical for this type of hotel chain. The location is excellent if you're attending an event at ETSI. While it is possible to walk to ETSI from the hotel, the uphill path is quite steep. The return walk from ETSI to the hotel is significantly easier, especially if you cross the main road. The surroundings are peaceful and nestled among trees.
Disliked: I was surprised by the fact that I had to provide an additional deposit or pre-authorisation of €110, even though the room had already been paid for via Booking.com. Although this amount was used to cover dinner, the remaining balance will only be refunded in about a week. This is, without a doubt, a questionable business practice. It is also important to thoroughly check your room for mosquitoes, as there seem to be quite a lot of them in this area.

Our stay was satisfactory

Liked: Nothing stands out to what we liked. The hotel we felt was satisfactory nothing above and beyond.
Disliked: More remote from what we originally thought. Quiet hotel, which wasn't negative but unfortunately seemed to be more for business trips.

Liked: Great location in the forest, but close to Antibes and Cannes. Nice room, Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food
Disliked: Hotel may be in need of some renovation especially in the corridors, where there was also a leak of water on the floor.
