Enjoyable stay

Liked: Great location, comfy room, nice staff. Kids enjoyed babyfoot in the lobby.
Disliked: Breakfast had a lot of sweet options, fresh bread, bacon, good coffee, but I missed healthier options and vegetables.

When booked it said B&B...

Liked: The front of house and housekeeping staff are really friendly.
Disliked: Where to start !! A four star hotel, only paper cups in the room, no glasses or china for tea and coffee. Very poor environmentally to use disposables. The air conditioning was turned off for the entire building, and the window in the room was permanently closed. ( Steel bracket screwed into the frame. ) Thus it was impossible to cool the room down. To top it off, the bedding was far too heavy and hot, almost impossible to sleep. Worse, the sheets were too undersized for the beds, you could not tuck the sheets in on the sides. Every time you turned over in bed, you ended up with a wrinkled sheet underneath you.A hotel that could be great, but is clearly run by either idiots, or total tightwads.
