Disliked: Room size very small, breakfast below the average

Good location at a fair...

Liked: Reasonable location as we arrived by bus and a short walk to the old town. Able to store luggage before checked in and when checked out.
Disliked: The interconnecting door between rooms didn’t lock so we could enter the next room and I’m sure they could enter ours. Mentioned to reception who said that you couldn’t go between rooms if both doors were closed but this didn’t seem to be the case.

Great town, but don’t choose...

Liked: Location, staff & breakfast were lovely.
Disliked: We were on the second floor and directly over the train tracks. This meant the sonic vibration of the trains woke me up at 6am, 6.09am, 6.15am etc. Given the fact the main aim objective of any hotel is to provide its customers with a good nights sleep, Novotel Annecy was a total & utterly poor experience.
