Liked: Clean. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Hotel staff ok. Restaurant minus 10 out of a scale of 10. Staff. Not enough. Poorly trained. Food average to poor. Service sucked. 2 hours to eat one course Waited 32 minutes for a server to talk to us after the manager seated us. Red wine ( St Emilion) served chilled ……. Salad floating in olive oil. Never asked us if we wanted a cheese plate, dessert or coffee. …. Could go on.

Loved Aix en Provence and...

Disliked: Shower gel not replaced. Coffee sachets not replaced. Would prefer ceramic cups rather than paper cups in room.
