Very good

A right choice

Liked: It was super super clean! Perfect location, easy to reach to supermarkets, restaurants etc. You can park your car in the parking garage under the hotel which costs only €14 daily.The staff was also kind and helpful. We really enjoyed it during our stay. Highly recommended

Liked: On busy street. Restaurant food leaves to be desired.
Disliked: No wash basin in toilet. No reading light.

Liked: The hotel itself is good value for money and it's close to the main city landmarks. the reception staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. We had dinner at the bar, which was simple, but good and the service was fine.
Disliked: The area did not feel safe at all. We were greeted by a note in the lift saying there were car burglaries (which is fair enough in large cities). When venturing outside the hotel, we saw numerous drug dealers selling their merchandise and a lot of shady people in the street right outside the hotel. Police was in the area but didn't seem to do much. Only for this reason, I would not stay here again - which is not the hotel's fault because the hotel itself is fine.

Perfect Hotel in Aachen

Liked: Hotel is located very close to the top sites. Is also close to many restaurants and stores. My favorite part having a kind, hazle free checkin coming tired from the trip. Was very welcoming to have a smile, no issue, room ready and all very clean and nice. Breakfast is also amazing full of different options and staff was kind and smiling.
Disliked: Was perfect.

Travelling with Friends

Liked: There was a sofa bed in my room. Perfect for sharing. Breakfast Buffet had a good selection for vegan. The location was near to the plaza and the Church, all in walking distance. There was parking available, if you are staying for days pick up a car park ticket from reception 15 Euros a day. Elevator from carpark to Hotel reception for wheelchair. There were rooms for wheelchair access. Bathroom was very well designed.
