Novotel Aachen definitely one of...

Liked: The hotel was in a great central location, just a short walk from the city center. Our room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and impeccably clean. While we didn't have the chance to try the breakfast, the staff were helpful and professional, making our stay enjoyable.

Liked: Great location, easy walk to the central streets, clean, great breakfast, parking under the hotel.

Disappointing

Liked: The hotel is at a good walking distance
Disliked: The room and hotel is old and doesn't have a working AC. This makes the rooms and hallways very warm. At the same time, sleeping with the windows open is also not possible due to lots of screaming shady groups around the hotel

Great location with big parking...

Liked: Location was nearly great, very close to the centre of Aachen.Parking was big enough and very accessible for every car. Payment could be done easier (parking meter was on -1) and you had to look for it.Staff in the hotel bar was friendly.
Disliked: Small rooms, specially the bathroom. If you open the shower door you're practically on the other side of the bathroom. Shower didn't gave warm water al the time, sometimes you get cold water.People passing by outside were very loud so we didn't get a lot of sleep.Breakfast was very poor, not that much choice.Glasses at the breakfast are made for very, very small people I think

Disliked: Expensive parking, poor maintenance - fridge dirty and not working, air con not working - too hot, towels not changed
