WE ARE LUCKY TO HAVE...

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient right in the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Irena. She was so kind and welcoming, truly one of the best people we encountered during our trip. From the moment we checked in, she made us feel at home. She also let us leave our luggage at the hotel even after we had checked out. She’s definitely an asset to the hotel and a great example of excellent customer service.The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was also very good. A big thank you as well to the gentleman who let us stay in the lobby for two extra hours after we checked out, as our bus was delayed. We were able to leave our luggage and rest comfortably, which really helped, especially with the train station nearby. It wouldn’t have made sense to book another room just to wait for two hours, so we truly appreciated that gesture.If I visit Prague again, I would definitely stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to others. Thank you again for such a pleasant experience!

A real hotel at a...

Liked: Walking distance from the main touristic locations. Good breakfast. Quite. Safe. Elevator. Desk 24/24.
Disliked: No kettle in room. No a/c but a portable fan in room to help on hot summer days.

A nice place to stay.

Liked: Very, very nice and helpful receptionists! Comfy beds, very clean room, a bit oldfashioned though. Location just perfect. Quiet street, but so close everywhere. A nice park just across the street. Great restaurant downstairs. A small supermarket just round the corner.
Disliked: Breakfasts were a bit boring and monotonous. Be careful about the juices- they are extremely sweet (we mixed them with cold water). Small bathroom with no space to put your things.
